QuoteLaunch is a software-as-a-service platform that allows you to create professional quotes and proposals, export them as PDFs, and email them to clients. The service is offered in a free tier and a paid Pro tier.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QuoteLaunch for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited communications, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.

6. Limitation of Liability

QuoteLaunch is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
