When you create an account, we collect your name and email address via our authentication provider (Clerk). When you create quotes, we store the quote content (client name, email, line items, and notes) in our database. When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is processed directly by Stripe — we do not store your card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide the QuoteLaunch service: creating and managing quotes, generating PDFs, sending emails to your clients on your behalf, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Clerk — authentication and user management
- Supabase — database hosting
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Vercel — application hosting
Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.
4. Data Retention
Your account data and quotes are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete individual quotes at any time. If you wish to delete your account entirely, contact us and we will remove all associated data.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
